We hosted a wake at the Preston Hotel recently, and everything was spot on. Meg and her team looked after us well, the delicious food was beautifully presented and all clearly labelled, and everyone commented on how good it was. The venue itself was attractive, comfortable and very homely feeling. It had an intimate feel but with plenty of space for our 30 or so guests. Thank you Meg and team for making everything run smoothly.

We held the wake for my Mum at the Preston hotel in December and we were extremely happy with the effort and attention to detail that Meg went to for us. It was beautifully set out and the food was lovely and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Meg was brilliant; very responsive and helpful as we had to arrange it very quickly. We would highly recommend.

Very friendly hosts would do anything to make your stay comfortable , the hosts cooked us a special meal that was absolutely delicious . The rooms are clean.Breakfast is very good and i would certainly make a return visit xx
